Design consultancy: Joint Venture of Transportation Design Consultant Corporation - JSC (TEDI) - Construction Design Consultancy and Survey One Member Company Limited (Truong Son Consultant Joint Stock Company) - Joint Stock Company Construction Consultancy section XTT2 (TECCO2) - Transport Construction and Investment Consulting Joint Stock Company (TRICC) - Highway Consulting Joint Stock Company (VECC).

Capital source: VietinBank signed a credit financing contract for the project to execute the construction with a value of more than VND 10,000 billion.

The Bac Giang - Lang Son Expressway is an important artery, connecting an important economic corridor, one of the biggest roadways of trade between Vietnam and China. The project has shortened travel time, reduced congestion, promoted trade in goods, tourism and services.

The project consists of two components: Highway 1 enhances the road surface through Bac Giang with 110 km in length and Bac Giang - TP highway. Lang Son is 64km long.

1. Expressway: Starting point at Km45 + 100 (intersecting with National Highway 1 at Mai Sao commune, Chi Lang district, Lang Son province). The final point is at Km108 + 500 (Bac Giang City, Bac Giang Province), connecting with the end point of the NH1 Hanoi-Bac Giang Upgrading and Expansion Project in the form of BOT contract. The total length of the highway is about 63.86 km. The road has a width of 25m, including 4 lanes and 2 emergency stopping lanes, the design speed is 100 km / h.

2. Route QL1: Starting point at Km1 + 800 (Route NH1) in Huu Nghi border gate area, Lang Son province. The last point is at Km112 + 038.84 (Route of NH1), intersection of NH1 with the expressway at Km106 + 500 in Tan Dinh commune, Lang Giang district, Bac Giang province. The total length of NH1 is about 110.2 Km. Maintain the current road level, design speed Vtk = 60-80 Km / h
