Objectives: To overcome the isolation situation of Muong Te district and surrounding areas after filling the water of Lai Chau reservoir; Ensuring National Defense - Security; To serve the resettlement of Lai Chau hydroelectric resettlement, population arrangement, construction of economic regions, creating a network of road traffic linking areas 2 on the banks of Da river, serving development life economy and people of the people of high speed. At the same time, creating exchanges between the resettlement areas and points along the western bank of the Da River.
The project consists of 03 large bridges spanning Da River (Pa Mo bridge, Kan Ho bridge, Nam Khao bridge) and 04 sections with a total length of 139.52 km.
Scale:
- For 03 bridges crossing Da river: Building permanent with reinforced concrete and prestressed transportation equipment. Bridge = 7 + 2x0.5 = 8m; HL93 bridge design load; The magnitude of earthquake is VII.
- For road sections: Standard of grade VI mountain roads.
